room Fees

​Blue Room has been perfectly designed to host private events. 
The Room Fee includes:
  • 3 to 4 hours of private use
  • food bar and buffet display area
  • extra tables for food service
  • use of media electronics
  • use of sound and the dance lighting
  • stage with hook up to sound system
  • large screen projection and TVs
  • professionally staffed full bars
  • consultation for entertainment and decor
  • an on-site coordinator at your event
Saturday Night Events ~ $1,000
Saturday nights are very popular for big events and book quickly, so contact Carolyn as soon as possible to put a tentative hold on a date.

Friday Night Events ~ $500
Every Friday we host a benefit happy hour that ends at 8 PM, so Blue Room is available from 9 PM on.

Weeknight or Sunday Night Events ~ $400
Please check with us to see if the night you want is available.

Daytime Events - $400
Daytime at the Blue Room is perfect for catered brunch/lunch gatherings, bridal or baby showers, corporate presentation events, club meetings, day after wedding luncheons and more. Our 8 foot large projection screen and the 6 fifty inch TVs are perfect for private sports game viewing or important presentations.

Room Fees may vary depending upon the date, day of week, the number of attendees and for other reasons.

Bar Options

Blue Room is stocked with a variety of liquor brands, bottled beers and fine wines including champagnes. All drinks, even soft drinks, must be purchased through Blue Room. Professional bartenders Are on staff to serve you.

Even though your event may be called a private party, patrons must strictly adhere to all alcohol and safety laws of our establishment and the municipality it is under. There will be absolutely no service or consumption of alcohol to minors and no one will be over-served. No one is allowed to bring outside alcohol or illegal substances into our establishment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Safe transportation for your guests must be planned and provided by the event host.
 
​Bar Package:
$30 per person first hour, $20 per person each additional hour. There is a $1,500 minimum charge for the first hour = 50 guests minimum.
A 20% gratuity charge may be added to the package price. 

Cash Bar:
Your guests pay for their own drinks. For an evening event, beverage sales must generate a minimum of $1,500 total sales or a charge will apply that is equal to the difference in income generated and $1,500. Additionally a 20% Gratuity may be added to that charge. For example, if $1,000 in sales is generated, an additional charge of $600 will be due ($500 plus $100 gratuity).

Drink Tickets:
If you want to provide your guests with one or two drinks, you may present them a drink ticket or two upon arrival. Whatever they drink, will go on your tab. If they do not have a ticket, they will pay for their own drink. ​​We normally do not allow minors in our lounge, however we do understand the importance of a child’s attendance for a special family event. Guests under the age of 21 may be permitted only through prior discussion and approval by coordinator. Any guest under the age of 21 must be introduced to the manager and bar staff upon arrival. Host is responsible for monitoring persons under the age of 21. There will be no service of alcohol to minors. If a minor is caught consuming alcohol, the party will be terminated at that time. Minors must leave premises before 10 PM.
